Prices are subject to change without notice:
In certain instances, our menu prices may change. We will always strive to maintain costs and only change prices when necessary. We will always quote a “starting at” price and not a final cost, due to changes or conditions in your services. Our service providers will go over your services and define any changes to pricing if any are needed.
Environmental Fee:
We add a $2 environmental stewardship fee to every service for a sustainable waste program with Green Circle Salons
Appointment Policy:
We recommend that you reserve appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time and service provider for your services.
Cancellation Policy:
Our staff are in great demand, so please be respectful of their time and that of other guests by honoring your commitment to be here. We require at least 48 hours notice when canceling an appointment. There will be a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance and a credit card on hold will be required when rebooking. Select stylist require a card on file when booking a new client.
Arrival:
Arriving late may result in a need to reschedule your appointment.
Payment:
The Loft is a "rental salon", meaning that the stylists at the salon are independent business owners. All prices are starting prices and may vary between each individual stylist. Please contact the salon, or your stylist directly, for more information.
The Loft front desk accepts debit, cash & check; all major credit cards will have a
3.5% fee included in their transaction.
Product Returns:
All Sales Final.
Service Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with your service we require you to notify your stylist within 7 days of your original appointment to avoid any additional charges.
No refunds on services will be issued.
Well behaved children and dog friendly:
We request that only well behaved children and quiet pups on leash visit our salon
in order to keep the lil' ones safe!
